If you’re having trouble verifying your email, entering your security code, or signing in to your OwlCloudHost account, this guide will help you resolve the most common issues quickly.
Your verification code expires after 30 minutes for security reasons.
How to fix it:
Go back to the verification page
Click Resend Code
Check your inbox for a new 6‑digit code
Enter the new code to activate your account
If you request multiple codes, only the most recent one will work.
If the verification email isn’t showing up:
Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder
Make sure you entered the correct email during signup
Wait 1–2 minutes — sometimes delivery is delayed
Click Resend Code to generate a new email
If you still don’t receive it, try using a different email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.).
If your code is being rejected:
Make sure you’re entering the latest code sent
Avoid copying extra spaces
Confirm the code hasn’t expired
Try typing the code manually instead of pasting
If it still fails, click Resend Code.
If you signed up with email and forgot your password:
Go to the Sign In page
Click Forgot Password?
Enter your email
Check your inbox for the reset link
Create a new password and log in
If you used Google, Facebook, or X to sign up, you don’t need a password — just sign in through your provider.
If you can’t log in using a social provider:
Make sure you’re selecting the same provider you used during signup
Confirm you’re logged in to that provider on your device
Check if your provider account has security restrictions or 2FA enabled
Try signing in from a different browser or device
If you accidentally created multiple accounts using different methods, contact support to merge them.
