Upload Limits & Supported File Types

OwlCloudHost makes it simple to upload and share files, but there are a few limits and supported formats to keep in mind:

🔢 Upload Limits

• File Size: Each plan has a maximum file size per upload.

• Free Plan: Up to 1 GB per file

• StarterCloud: Up to 20 GB per file

• FileFlex Pack: Up to 300 GB per file

• DataStream Pro: Up to 1 TB per file

• Storage Quota: Your total storage depends on your subscription plan.

• Concurrent Uploads: You can upload multiple files at once, but very large batches may take longer depending on your internet speed.

📂 Supported File Types

OwlCloudHost supports a wide range of common file formats, including:

• Documents: PDF, DOC/DOCX, TXT, PPT/PPTX, XLS/XLSX

• Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG

• Audio: MP3, WAV, AAC

• Video: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV

• Archives: ZIP, RAR, 7Z

• Other: JSON, CSV, HTML

💡 Tip: Unsupported file types will show an error message during upload. If you’re unsure, try compressing the file into a ZIP archive before uploading.
