Log in to your account and click the Upload button in the top-right of your dashboard. Select files from your computer or drag and drop them directly into the window. Uploads begin immediately and appear in your file list when complete. You can also create folders first to keep things organized.

Right-click any file or folder and choose Share, or click the share icon. You can generate a shareable link, set an expiry date, add password protection, and control whether recipients can download or only view the file. Anyone with the link can access it with no account required.

Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. You can view your current plan, compare available plans, and upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and your storage quota updates right away.

Go to Settings → Security and click Enable under Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy, enter the 6-digit confirmation code, and save your backup codes in a secure place.

When you reach your storage limit, new uploads will be paused. You can free up space by deleting files or emptying your trash, or upgrade your plan from Settings → Billing. Existing files remain safe and accessible even when the quota is reached.

On the login page, click Forgot password and enter your email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. You can also change your password at any time from Settings → Security while logged in.

API keys let external applications access your OwlCloudHost files securely without sharing your password. Generate and manage them from Settings → API & Developer. You can create multiple keys with different permissions and revoke them any time. Keep your keys private and never share them publicly.
