StarterCloud ($1.99/month) includes: 20 GB storage, 5 workspaces, 5 workspace members, unlimited shares and downloads, password-protected links, API access, folder download as ZIP, two-factor authentication, and custom share links.

DataStream Pro ($15.99/month) includes everything in FileFlex Pack plus: 1 TB storage, unlimited workspaces, unlimited workspace members, a dedicated support channel, and early access to new features.

Yes! All paid plans include a 5% discount when you choose annual billing. You can select this option at checkout or from your billing settings.

Yes! Our Free plan gives you 1 GB of storage with no credit card required. Sign up at owlcloudhost.com and start uploading right away.

1. Visit owlcloudhost.com and click Get Started.
2. Enter your name, email, and a secure password.
3. Check your inbox and click the verification link.
4. Log in and start using your free 1 GB plan immediately.

Go to Account > Billing > Change Plan and select the plan you want. Your upgrade takes effect immediately and you'll only be charged the prorated difference.

You can delete your account and all associated data from Account Settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your files will be permanently removed.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Stripe Link. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Go to Account > Billing > Change payment method and enter your new card details. Your next billing cycle will use the updated payment method.

Go to Account > Billing > Cancel plan. You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

All invoices are available under Account > Billing > Invoices. You also receive an email receipt after each successful payment.

All file types are supported, including documents, images, videos, audio files, archives, and more. There are no restrictions on file type.

1. Select the file or folder you want to share.
2. Click the Share button to generate a secure link.
3. Optionally set a password, expiration date, or download limit.
4. Copy and send the link to your recipient.

Yes! You can download any folder as a ZIP file. Simply right-click or select the folder and choose Download as ZIP.

Workspaces let you collaborate with team members. Each workspace has its own file area and you can invite members with roles: Admin, Editor, or Contributor. Free plan includes 1 workspace, paid plans include more.

Yes! Owlito, the OwlCloudHost desktop app, is available for Mac and Windows. Upload files, watch progress in real time, and share secure links right from your menu bar or system tray. Download it free at apps.owlcloudhost.com.

Yes. All files are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Your data is never shared with third parties.

Yes! Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all paid plans. You can enable it from your Account Security settings.

Yes. When creating a share link you can set a password so only people with the correct password can access the file. You can also set expiration dates and download limits.

Click the Forgot password? link on the login page to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes.

Check that you haven't exceeded your storage quota. You can see your usage in Account Settings. If you need more space, consider upgrading your plan at owlcloudhost.com/pricing.
